Provision of Travel Management Services

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, seeks qualified companies, with at least 5 years of experience in the field, to provide Travel Management Services (TMS) for ECLAC’s Headquarters in Santiago, Chile.

The provision of these services consists of, but it is not limited to, the following:

• Provide a full range of services adequate to ECLAC official travel, support services (24x7x365) worldwide and assistance to travellers at the Airport in Santiago, Chile.
• Process and manage data generated by ECLAC official travel, with a view to producing performance reports and develop tools to monitor travel policy compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide and implemet applications as may be required by ECLAC, such as, but not limited to, Get There, Bizsite, Concur.
• Promptly investigate and follow-up on travel related complaints involving the agency or service providers (carriers, hotels, etc) and take remedial action.
• Provide tools to monitor the quality of the service rendered including the time of response to requests; and conduct surveys directed to people in charge of travel arrangements or travellers themselves, to measure service rendered before and during travel and the products used.
• Provide additional services such as information on and forms for visa processing as well as for other formalites that may be required by travellers.
