Provision of UPS Spare Parts Supply for United Nations Economic Commission for Africa

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) wishes to Procure UPS Spare Parts and batteries in line with the regular operations, repair and maintenance of UPS units which are installed in UNECA Compound. The detail specification of these different UPS spare parts and batteries will be provided in the bid documents.

It is UNECA’s intent to procure these UPS spare parts with a qualified vendor. Interested vendor will be invited to the tender by “Invitation to bid” (ITB) at a later stage. This tender envisages the selection of a single or more contractors to provide the services.

Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNGM, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid. In order to be eligible for UN Registration, vendors should declare in writing compliance to the Prerequisite for Eligibility criteria itemized from A-F as contained in the EOI instruction attached.
