Provision of used dry ISO containers and/or refurbishment works (including all tools, materials, supplies, equipment and labour) to the IRMCT Arusha Branch

The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (UNIRMCT) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of used dry ISO containers and/or refurbishment works (including all tools, materials, supplies, equipment and labour) to the IRMCT Arusha Branch.

Description of General Requirements:

The IRMCT is looking to establish a one-time contract for used dry ISO containers that are to be converted into office space and ablution units for the IRMCT Arusha Branch. The services required are listed below:

Option A:

1.1  Supply and delivery of 20Ft dry ISO containers (no older than 5 years from the year of manufacture).

1.2  Supply and delivery of 40Ft dry ISO containers (no older than 5 years from the year of manufacture).

1.3  Delivery is to include offloading and positioning of the ISO containers at the designated area at the IRMCT premises. This will require appropriate offloading equipment such as a crane.

Option B:

1.4  Provision of refurbishment materials to convert the dry ISO containers into office space and ablutions

1.5  Provision of all tools, materials, equipment and labour to carry out the refurbishment works.

1.6  Provision and installation of all fixtures and fittings for the refurbished containers (air conditioning units, installation of interior wall panels, floors panels, lights, tubing and cabling, toilets, water and sewer pipes, ablution sinks etc.)
1.7 Provision of all skilled and unskilled labour and manpower to carry out the refurbishment works.
