Purchase of 200 bus vehicles (including charging pile + canopy supply and installation)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of ADB Financed Xinjiang Akesu Integrated Urban Development and Environment Improvement Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd (CNIITC, the Procurement Agent), authorized by and on behalf of Akesu Project Management Office (the Purchaser), now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the goods and related services to be procured as briefly described as follows:

• Include 200 Electric Buses
• 20 units of Charging pile with relevant equipment
• 3000 m² canopy for Charging pile, and other relevant services.
• Warranty: The period of validity of the Warranty shall be: 24 months for the whole bus, and the warranty period of electric vehicle battery, driving motors and motor controllers is 8 years from the date of acceptance.
• Delivery time: within 45 days after contract signing

International competitive bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
