Rehabilitation of three (3) schemes (Kbal Teuk, Tuol Pring, and Trapeang Tros) irrigation subprojects at Tbong Khmum Province

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Kingdom of Cambodia has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Climate-Friendly Agribusiness Value Chains Project (CFAVC) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan and grant to payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply other than any restriction arising from ITB 4.8.

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) of Cambodia through its Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation of three (3) schemes (Kbal Teuk, Tuol Pring, and Trapeang Tros) irrigations subprojects at Tbong Khmum Province. The construction period is 305 days or ten (10) months.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
