Rental of video walls to be installed during European summits or other events

The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union referred to below as the contracting authority is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their annexes. The contract is for the rental of two video walls on the occasion of European summits or, exceptionally, for other events. Rental of a single video wall when required is possible.

The video walls will be installed in buildings belonging to the General Secretariat of the European Union in Brussels. In general, European summits take place around four to eight times a year over periods of one to two days. The contractor must also ensure assembly and dismantling of the equipment, as well as on-site assistance for the duration of the event.

The contract signed under the procurement procedure will have an initial duration of two years, with the possibility of renewal for a maximum of two one-year periods.
