Supply and Delivery of the Storage array, FC switches and Blade servers

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be received by forwarding the correspondent request on e-mail: iomtbilisi@iom.int and momiadze@iom.int on 22 July – 14 August 2020. The subject line of the request is given below:

4300159854 – [bidder’s name] – request of the Bidding documents.

Bids shall be valid for a period of forty five calendar days (45cd) after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to not less than 2.5 % of the Bidders Total Bid Price in the form of bank guarantee or letter of credit from a reputable commercial banking institution and shall be delivered to the BEAC at International Organization for Migration, Mission in Georgia, 12, Tengiz Abuladze first dead-end, Tbilisi, 0162, Georgia on or before 21 August 2020, 16:00 (GMT+4). Late bids shall be rejected.

Along with sending the hard copy of the original bid, Bidders shall deposit the electronic versions of the bid documents, including a clear scanned copy of the Bid Security on a file hosting service (Dropbox, One Drive, etc.) and shall send the link of the folder containing the bids to iomtbilisi@iom.int and momiadze@iom.int no later than 16:00 (GMT+4), 21.08.2020. The subject line of the e-mail containing the link for the electronic bid download shall clearly indicate the following: 4300159854 – [insert full name of the Bidder] – Electronic bid.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
