Supply and Delivery of NFI Kits

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Numerous Programs, IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites Interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for signing an LTA for Supply and Delivery of NFI Kits for Kabul province.

Interested bidders shall obtain a complete set of the “Instruction to Bidders” by sending email to iomkabulprocurement@iom.int from Tuesday to Wednesday (24 September – 02 October 2019) between 09:00hrs until 16:00hrs.

Eligibility for obtaining the complete set of ITB (Instruction to Bidders) is that interested bidders must have sufficient experience in supply and delivery of NFI Kits and a valid business license, as per the requirements of the ITB. Interested bidder must provide proper credentials and copy of the business license in order to obtain complete set of the ITB. Please note that construction companies are not eligible to apply for this project.

A pre-bidding meeting will be held at IOM office located at Street No. 3, House No. 28 Ansari Square, Shahr-e-Naw, Kabul, Afghanistan on Sunday 06 October 2019 at 14:00 hrs, where all details of the project will be discussed. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is optional for this project. The deadline for submission of sealed bids will be Sunday 13 October 2019, by 15:00hrs. Late submission of bids will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened at the above address in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend on 14 October 2019 at 15:30 hours.

IOM reserve the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground IOM action.
