Supply of Goods and materials for 37km heating pipelines

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received a has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Construction of West Jinan Waste Heat Utilization and Clean Energy Subproject under “Air Quality Improvement in the Greater Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region – Shandong Clean Heating and Cooling Project”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Jinan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. (“the Purchaser”), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Goods and materials for 37km heating pipelines. This package comprises three contracts as follows:

Contract 1: Goods and materials for 37km heating pipelines ; and Contract 2: Goods and materials for 37km heating pipelines ; and Contract 3: Goods and materials for 37km heating pipelines .

Notes: Bidders may bid for one contract or any combination of the contracts. Bidders must clearly specify which contract(s) they are bidding for.
