Supply of Laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables to increase capacity of COVID-19 testing in Ukraine

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Office for Europe (EURO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for supplying the laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables (the detailed requirements are provided in the technical specifications) which address the following objectives:

1. Provide 384-well real-time PCR thermocyclers (preferably with Ukrainian or Russian software)
2. Provide automatic stations for RNA/DNA extraction, 96 samples, “open platform”
3. Provide laboratory deep freezers, -80C, with temperature monitoring, capacity of around 100 L
4. Provide and install stationary autoclaves along with water treatment system in 27 laboratories in Ukraine
5. Provide RNA extraction kits and sets of consumables (compatible with Thermo Scientific™ KingFisher instruments) for 1,200,000 samples
6. Provide PCR plate sealers
7. Provide multichannel adjustable tip spacing pipettes
8. Provide pipetting platforms

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
