Item Description:
CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of maintenance services for the CERN telephone branch exchange, including preventive and corrective maintenance (software and hardware), as well as 24×7 support (software and hardware) at CERN.
Interested firms shall have the following proven experience and competence: – Expertise in Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise 4400 (OXE, Call Centers, OmniPCX recorder, WallBoard, SIP trunking); – Experience with OXE installations similar to CERN (4 fully redundant nodes, 15 remote IP cells, around 650 cards attached to 36 ACTs); – Ability to provide 24/7 support service of the CERN’s telephone exchange (software and hardware) at CERN; – Ability to intervene at CERN within 2 hours after notification of an incident by CERN; – Ability to provide Alcatel-Lucent manufacturer support.
