Item Description:
CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of new building 663 (Kindergarten – Jardin d’enfants), a precast or modular building of approximate surface 740 m2, including all services, connections and finishing inside the building, in particular floor heating, screed, linoleum floor covering, plaster partition with glass textile wall covering , false ceiling, connection joints and all the technical installations.
Interested firms shall have a proven experience and competence in modular of precast building construction applying SASAJ rules and recommendation for conception spaces dedicated to early childhood or equivalent, as well as SIA and Geneva codes.
