Supply of Sustainable Customised Promotional and Communication Items for conferences and events organised by the European Union Institutions

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission intends to sign a mixed framework contract for the supply of customised promotional items for conferences and events organised by the European Union Institutions. In line with the Commission’s priorities, the products to be procured should be by default environmentally friendly; where possible, certification on the products’ sustainability standards will be requested. The call for tenders may include the provision of promotional items associated with carbon offsetting projects or other certified projects aiming at achieving the European Green Deal objectives.

Background and objectives

The purpose of this call for tenders is to contract the provision of sustainable customised promotional items for conferences or other events with a clear external communication dimension organised by the European Commission and other EU institutions, agencies and bodies.
