Supply of Toilet Paper, Multi Fold Paper Towels and Toilet Paper Dispensers

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites suitably qualified firms to submit their Expression of Interest to participate in the upcoming competive bidding exercise for the supply of 100% post-consumer recycled toilet paper and multi fold paper towels and toilet paper dispensers as follows:

Quantity required for :
Toilet Paper
1 year – 8,400 bales (for an anticipated contract period of one year to a maximum of five years)

Multi Fold Paper Towels (size 210mm X 200m)
1 year 520 bales (for an anticipated contract period of one year to a maximum of five years.

Subsequent to the closing date of this EOI, UNON intends to issue a formal solicitation document to potential companies who have expressed interest to provide the goods and services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document.

Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to unon-procurement-rfx@un.org.
