Item Description:
1. The United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) is seeking Express of Interest (EOI) from fully qualified companies wishing to be considered to provide training services for training in Health and Safety Management in Construction and Development Studies. The training services provider will be selected through pre-set evaluation criteria and must have experience in the field of Health and Safety Management in Construction and or Development Studies. Experience in providing training in UN or other international organizations will be an asset. The training will take place in Monrovia from 8-11 May 2017 and 23-26 May 2017 respectively. 2. Companies interested are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest by fax, e-mail or via hand-delivery as indicated here above. Companies responding to this EOI must confirm that they are willing and capable to supply, deliver and install the required equipment and shall later be required to provide evidence(s) in their proposal. No documentation is required at this stage. IMPORTANT NOTICE 1. The EOI must be clearly labeled “Expression of Interest” and must be received by UNMIL no later than Monday, 09 January 2017 via the above-mentioned contact information. 2. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. UNMIL also reserves the right to reject Companies submitting EOIs from further consideration if the company is not deemed to conform to the above conditions. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your Company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation if-and-when issued. 3. The UN also reserves the right to send solicitation documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements. Unregistered vendors are encouraged to visit http://www.ungm.org and register online. 1. The sale will be on “where is” “as is” basis. Companies or individuals interested in being short-listed for UNMIL’s solicitation documents are requested to submit a written expression of interest to the above-referenced email address, fax number or hand delivered to the UNMIL Procurement Section, Star Building, Free Zone, Bushrod Island, not later than 30 December 2016. 2. The EOI should provide information concerning the company’s profile, vendor registration number (if already registered with UNMIIL. Expression of interest not addressing the above criteria to the satisfaction of UNMIL shall not be considered for invitation to the tender.
