Storage Area Network (SAN) Maintenance and Support (DELL-EMC)

To qualify for further consideration, the vendor must comply with the following requirements.
The requirements are:
(1) Must be a qualified and certified partner with DELL/EMC
(2) Minimum of 3 years experience in providing Maintenance and Support of SAN infrastructures. (3) A regional office, geographically located in Western Europe to service this contract.

The initial period of the contract will be for one (1) year, with the possibility for three (3) optional annual extensions of one (1) year each, subject to satisfactory performance.

The new contract shall commence on 1 April 2018
Please note that this EOI is NOT an invitation for submission of a proposal/offer. Please also note that submitting an response to this EOI does not guarantee that your company will be invited to the forthcoming solicitation that will be issued. All responses to this EOI should be made using the attached Response Form.

Due to the high volume of communications, STL is not in a position to issue confirmation of receipt of EOI’s. Please note that no further details of the planned solicitation can be made available to the vendors prior to issuance of the solicitation documents.

Detailed specifications and estimated volume requirements will be provided with the solicitation documents The STL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI process.
