This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this program that appeared in UNDB online AfDB1342-12/18 on 06 December 2018 and in the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
The Government of Rwanda has received financing from the African Development Bank in the form of a loan towards the cost of Rwanda Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Program. The Water and Sanitation Corporation (“WASAC Ltd”), an executing agency, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Tender Document is issued.
WASAC Ltd now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed Bids for the procurement of the Construction of Four (4) Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants and Four (4) Landfills for Musanze, Karongi, Rubavu and Rusizi Towns following International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procurement method for the below-mentioned works:
Lot 1: Construction of Two (2) Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants and Two (2) Landfills for Rubavu and Musanze Towns (Design & Build).
Lot 2: Construction of Two (2) Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants and Two (2) Landfills for Karongi and Rusizi Towns (Design & Build).
