Supply and Delivery of Stationery Items and Office Supplies to UNMIK MHQ

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Stationery Items and Office Supplies to UNMIK MHQ, on an “as and when required basis”.

UNMIK Central Warehouse and Distribution Unit needs to keep small quantities of Stationery Items and Office Supplies in stock, therefore we need to establish the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Stationery Items and Office Supplies, with a regional supplier, who can, at a short notice, deliver to UNMIK in accordance with its requirements.

Annex A, herewith attached, serves to describe some of the items required, to inform the Vendors of the nature of UNMIK’s requirement. The list provided is not conclusive and not limited to the items described therein..

The Contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with an option of extension for additional three (1+1+1) year periods. The Contractor shall be in possession of all relevant permits, amongst them but not limited to the “Business Registration Certificate and License” for such services in Kosovo.

The Contractor shall provide all required services, facilities and personnel, pursuant to the execution of the Contract. All costs incurred in connection to executing the Contract, shall solely be borne by the Contractor.

This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
