Provision of Graphic Artist Services

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, invites potential service providers to submit a Letter of Intent for graphic artist services on a retainer basis, hereinafter referred to as “Services”.

Details of the scope of Services are described in the attached Terms of Reference (Appendix 1), including the schedule of fees.

For interested Service Providers:

1. Prepare the following documents for submission:
   • Letter of Intent for provision of Services;
   • Vendor response form (Appendix 2);
   • Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Company Portfolio; and
   • Detailed Work Portfolio
2. Express your interest to be a service provider by sending an email to fmorco@adb.org. Service providers will receive an acknowledgement email;
3. A system-generated email will then be sent to interested services providers for access to our eProcurement system. Submit the above documents per item 1 in our eProcurement system.

Deadline for submission via ADB’s eProcurement system is on 12 NN (Manila time) on 18 June 2021 to the attention of: Unit Head, Procurement and Contracts Administration Unit with subject line – Letter of Intent – Graphic Artist Services.

IMPORTANT

(i) Service Providers will be evaluated based on the set Evaluation Criteria (Appendix 3). The LOI and CV / Company Profile are expected to contain information per the Evaluation Criteria.

(ii) ADB may also schedule interviews and/or a qualification check with select Service Providers, with details (e.g. Date, Time, and Venue) to be provided via e-mail.

(iii) ADB will require selected Service Provider/s to enter into and execute a Retainer Contract. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the attached Contract (Appendix 4).

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. Any cost of preparation of the letter of intent and its corresponding supporting documents.
