Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of Legal advice and assistance on:

• the establishment of a new EU-Euratom debt issuance programme;
• the service contracts in the context of the European Issuance Service (EIS) and the debt issuance programme;
• follow-up matters related to implementation of borrowing and lending and debt and asset management operations.
