The European Environment Agency (EEA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose
The EEA envisages it will require the provision of a wide range of repair and maintenance services in the areas of electric work, plumbing, carpentry/joinery, flooring, plastering, painting and decorating.In addition, the EEA will require the performance of refurbishment works in its leased premises aiming at the establishment of an activity-based working environment.
