Item Description:
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for [eligible, qualified and experienced contractors for the supply, installation and maintenance of Audio Visual Systems commencing October 2023 ] which address the following objectives:
1). Design, supply, installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of AV & Multimedia, presentation and conferencing systems in a broad range of meeting room types including (but not limited to):

2). Implementation of new AV equipment, control systems, monitoring systems with dashboards and asset management systems
3). Supply and install site-wide broadcast cabling infrastructure.
4). Upgrade and migration of central digital recording systems, AV Control system hardware and software.
5). Modification of existing source code and configuration of AV systems to integrate with new solution.
6). Migration of existing Technical Control Room and cabling infrastructure.
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
