Provision of Diesel Fuel, Gasoline and Oils & Lubricants in Uganda

MONUSCO seeks expression of interest form Qualified vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive bidding for a long term supply of Ground Fuel and associated services in support of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) in Uganda

The primary aim is to enter into a long-term contract for the provision of Diesel Fuel, Gasoline and Oils & Lubricants in Uganda. The requirements entail the use of commercial fuel stations in Uganda for into- vehicle refueling services, provision of into-generator refueling and supply of lubricants. The bidder must be able to provide all services included in the solicitation, though UN reserves the right to split the award in a combination that best represents the interest of the Mission.

MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill MONUSCO requirements. In addition, the interested companies shall be requested to complete the UN Vendor registration for Level 2 on the vendor database accessible in UNGM (new Vendor only). A detail specification will be provided to companies shortlisted for receipt of the documents.
