AIIB intends to conduct a competitive procurement process to identify a qualified Integrated Soft Facility Management Services provider capable of delivering integrated soft FM services at its headquarters premises and Tianjin Office.

To source a qualified FM service provider, an open competition is to be initiated in September 2026. The current Invitation for Pre-qualification (IPQ) is to identify qualified applicants to participate in the open competition.
