Item Description:

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website on March 8, 2019.

Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the EBRD “Procurement Policies and Rules” (PPR), which are published on the Bank’s website.

Municipal institution (legal form under Tajik legislation) „Housing and Municipal Production and Operational Department of Yavan City” (in Tajik PAЁСATИ КОММУНАЛИ – ИСТЕХСОЛИ ВА ИСТИФОДАИ МАНЗИЛИИ ШАХРАКИ ЁВОН“), which was established by Yavan District on 20 February 1997, Tax ID. No. 400000781 (the “Company”] hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser” or “the Client”, has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”, and intends using part of the proceeds towards the cost of Yavan Solid Waste Project, hereinafter referred to as “the Project”.

The Client now invites tenders for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”, to be funded from part of the above proceeds:

• YSWP06 Accounting and billing system (Computers and Software)

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the above proceeds is open to firms and individuals from any country.

To be qualified for the award of a Contract, tenderers must satisfy the criteria stated in the Tender Document.

The Tender Document, upon request, will be dispatched electronically free of charge.

Tenders must be delivered to the Client at the address below on or before January 25, 2021, 14.00 local Dushanbe time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of those Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
