Architecture Managed Services

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution with headquarters in Manila, Philippines, invites interested parties to apply for prequalification for its Architecture Managed Services.

2. Interested Applicants are advised to send their complete contact details (i.e. name of firm, address, contact person and position, email address, telephone number) to kjamon@adb.org for future correspondences related to this Prequalification. Prequalification bulletins will only be shared to applicants who have shared their contact details.

3. A prequalification meeting will be held at 3:30 PM on 1 February 2021 (local time in Manila, Philippines) virtually through Microsoft TEAMS to answer any queries from the Bidders.

4. This invitation is open to firms who meet the following mandatory minimum requirements specified in the prequalification documents, including among others

• Have the nationality of an eligible country in accordance with Appendix 12 (List of ADB Eligible Member Countries) of the Instructions to Applicants for Prequalification;
• Have not been declared ineligible by ADB;
• Have an established Architecture consulting services;
• Be an expert in Microsoft Azure technologies, with a Microsoft Gold partnership; and
• Be able to provide a pool of Solution Architects to work with various ADB stakeholders for IT projects.

5. The Prequalification documents included in this invitation is available or may be downloaded until 15 February 2021.

6. Applications should be submitted in the ADB e-procurement system in accordance with paragraph 16 of the Instruction to Applicants and should reach ADB electronically not later than 5:00 p.m. (Manila time) on 15 February 2021, attention to: Officer-in-Charge, Procurement and Contracts Administration Unit. Late bids will be rejected by ADB.

7. The results of prequalification are expected to be issued in March 2021 and contracts to confirm engagements shall only be issued to Applicants who have been prequalified. ADB reserves the right to postpone or advance issuance of contract documents, without providing reasons thereof.

8. This Invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
