Item Description:
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of Medicines and treatments for OFDA project, Sana’a, Yemen, the IOM Bids Evaluation and Awards Committee (“BEAC”) now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the Supply and Delivery of Medicines and Equipment for Medical Treatments as described in the attached Invitation for Bids.
Please specify the validity of the medicines as the expiration date should be 1 and half year after delivery.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days (60cd) after submission of Bids and must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2.0% of the Bidders Total Bid Price in the form of certified check, or bank guarantee or letter of credit from a reputable commercial banking institution and shall be delivered to through a courier to below address:
- IOM Yemen – Sana’a office – Behind Haddah Post office, near to Turkish Embassy.
For all interested bidders, please send an email to IOM Yemen Procurement Bids iomyemenprocbids@iom.int and alsanabani@iom.int stating the reference number in subject line to obtain the full bidding document.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the above address, date and time in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend (Note: indicate if bid opening is different from submission date).
The Closing Date for the bid is 28/10/2019 – Before 02:00PM
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
IOM is encouraging companies to use recycled materials or materials coming from sustainable resources or produced using a technology that has lower ecological footprints.
