Invitation for Bids

The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Water Efficiency Improvement in Drought-Affected Provinces Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Binh Thuan Provincial Agricultural and Rural Development Works Construction Investment Project Management Unit invites eligible contractors to submit online bid for the works under Package No. BT-W-03: Du Du – Tan Thanh: Civil works for section J2-J13. Works scale: Construction of irrigation system by pressure pipes, works on the system of Papaya – Tan Thanh section J2-J13.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
