Development and maintenance works in the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union

Item Description:

The General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union referred to below as the contracting authority is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The contract consists of:

• maintenance, repair, finishing works and supply management services. These services will be provided by a permanent team of 24 members,
• the study, coordination and implementation of renovation and transformation projects, including structural works and finishing works.

These services will be carried out with a project team, constituted according to the specificities of each project and contractual obligations, in the buildings of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union. The services defined in the Technical Specifications constitute a contract with obligation of results (compliance with intervention deadlines, compliance with deadlines for the submission and implementation of tenders, and the level of quality described), and provision of minimum means.
