Provision for vehicle Repair and Maintenance Services

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) complex is located at Menelik II Avenue, at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is seeking for exprersssions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified companies who can provide Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Services for its transport fleet of official vehicles of different models, types and capacities that are being utilized within Ethiopia.

The objective of this competitive bidding exercise is to acquire vehicle repair and maintenance services to its fleet of vehicles

The successful bidder(s) will be contracted to provide Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Services as specified under this Term of Reference (TOR). In the event that additional vehicle (s) are added to the fleet, the same service and rates shall apply. The contract will be an initial of two (2) years with the option to extend for three years of one-year period each, upon satisfactory performance.

Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNGM, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid.
