Provision of Mobile Office and Toilet Containers with Associated Services in Cyprus, Montenegro, Ukraine, Albania and Serbia

Item Description:

The European Border and Coast Guard Agency (hereinafter referred to as “Frontex” or “the Agency) was established in 2005 to assist both EU member states and other countries within the Schengen passport-free area in the management of their external borders and to bring greater consistency and harmonization to EU border control. The Agency facilitates cooperation between border and coast guard authorities by providing the necessary technical support and expertise available where and when it is needed. Frontex promotes, coordinates and develops European border management in line with the EU fundamental rights charter applying the concept of Integrated Border Management. Subject of the contract

The subject of this tender is to establish a single framework contracts (FWC) in order to rent mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Cyprus, Montenegro, Ukraine, Albania and Serbia as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall last four years and shall ensure that the services provided comply with FRONTEX requirements.

Lot 1: Cyprus

The subject of this lot is to establish a single framework contract (FWC) in order to rent mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Cyprus as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall ensure that the services provided comply with FRONTEX requirements.

Lot 2: Montenegro

The subject of this lot is to establish a single framework contract (FWC) in order to rent mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Montenegro, as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall ensure that the services provided comply with FRONTEX requirements.

Lot 3: Ukraine

The subject of this lot is to establish a single framework contract (FWC) in order to rent mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Ukraine, as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall ensure that the services provided comply with FRONTEX requirements.

Lot 4: Albania

The subject of this lot is to establish a single framework contract (FWC) in order to rent mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Albania, as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall ensure that the services provided comply with FRONTEX requirements.

Lot 5: Serbia

The subject of this lot is to establish a single framework contract (FWC) in order to rent mobile office containers, toilet containers and associated services in Serbia, as described in Annex II to the Invitation to Tender (Terms of Reference). The FWC shall ensure that the services provided comply with FRONTEX requirements.
