Rehabilitation and Upgrading of Road Connecting Na Ri District Center, Bac Kan Province to Binh Gia and Trang Dinh Districts, Lang Son Province

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Basic Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth in the Northeastern Provinces Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The BIIG1 – Bac Kan Subproject Project Management Unit (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation and upgrading 15.489 km roads up to the standard of grade V mountainous roads (according to Standard 4054-2005: Highway − Specifications for design) and constructing 4 bridges on the route in Na Ri district, Bac Kan province (the “Works”).

The contract will be completed in 18 months.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
