Supply and Delivery of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) to UNFICYP

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of supply and delivery of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) on “as and when required” basis.

The successful Contractor shall be required to provide and maintain two (2) bulk storage containers with a capacity of 2,000 to 5,000 litres each, to be located at the Blue Beret Camp, United Nations Protected Area, Nicosia and two (2) bulk storage containers with a capacity of 2,000 to 5,000 litres each, to be located at Ledra Palace Hotel, Nicosia. The cylinders shall be available in 10kg and 50kg sizes. The estimated annual quantities for bulk LPG is 29,000kg and the estimated annual quantities for cylinders is 15,500kg.

The resulting Contract shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend (at UNFICYP sole option), for a maximum of two additional periods of up to one year each. The anticipated contract commencement date is the 1st July 2020.

In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including complete company details and experience profile using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website http://www.unficyp.org.
