Item Description:
CERN intends to place a contract for the supply of approximatively 300 1U rack mounted computers of two types : single CPU XEON E processor and dual CPU XEON Scalable Processors, to control the Front-End and Readout electronic located in the underground counting rooms of the CMS experiment in France.
Interested firms shall have a proven experience and competence in computing systems and shall be ISO 9001 certified and Intel Technology Provider with Platinum Partner status or Intel Tier 1 Supplier.
