    Item Description:

    The purpose of this RFP is to identify vendors that can provide Salesforce related services on an as-needed basis. These Vendors will be awarded Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) or Framework Contracts for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for up to maximum of 3 more years subject to satisfactory performance.

    The Global Fund will issue individual Purchase Orders to the vendor under these IQCs to cover cost of specific projects related to the services described herein. Such Purchase Orders will specify the scope of Services to be performed, time of performance, the price, and other aspects of that assignment. The Global Fund may issue Purchase Orders under these IQC on either time and material or a Fixed Price basis. The details of the first five projects to be covered by the IQC are included in this RFP(cf. Annex 1)

    The initial engagement, as outlined in Annex 1, is expected to:

    • Deliver enhancements to the Grant Operating System application that supports the Global Fund’s business processes for grant management throughout the grant lifecycle, including processes related to grant and portfolio management, planning, monitoring and reporting for management, governance and other external stakeholders;
    • Ensure that an efficient, optimized and integrated solution is designed and aligns with the existing data model, data dictionary and governance, processes and workflows for the key stages of the grant lifecycle; and
    • Support the integration of the Phase 2 development within the internal Global Fund IT landscape. The systems are detailed further below.
