The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics inLuxembourg (OIL), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. This contract is divided into three distinct lots to ensure greater openness to competition, as follows:

• lot 1: national dispatches leaving from Belgium,
• lot 2: international dispatches leaving from Belgium,
